Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Items You’ll Need

- knife or something to shred or cut up chicken
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (use leftover roasted chicken or cooked chicken breast or thighs)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups ranch dressing (homemade ranch adds a special touch!)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste for spice levels)
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a baking dish, add cream cheese, ranch, chicken and buffalo sauce in baking dish. (If chicken is still hot, I usually wait and add it when I add cheese.
- Bake at 350 until cream cheese is melted.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and chicken if necessary.
- Place back in the oven until cheese if melted.
